Description

This project transformed a Class B office building into one of the most exciting Class A office buildings in Atlanta. We continued the lines of the towers into the plaza and out to the street where they become light bollards. The project has attracted some of most popular design firms as tenants and is consistently fully leased.

We designed the lobby, casework and interior materials palette. On the exterior we updated the cool 60's theme with elegant new steel canopies and two dramatic towers that announce to Atlanta that design is here to stay.
