Budget: $3.2 Million

The project is located in Castleberry Hill and creates a new brand
identity for Decatur Modern.  This bustling arts district allows for a
cultivated clientele who appreciate the eco-modern lifestyle.  We designed
the Architecture, interiors, website and marketing strategy as well as
viral marketing.  The floor plans allow for flexible studio living or
three private bedroom suites.
