This new residence sits in one of the most exciting transitional areas of Atlanta: the Fourth Ward.  Steps away from the future Beltline station, it redefines the notion of house.  The concept is based on an urban settlement pattern and a recent visit to Savannah.  Each room is a different building all gathering around a network of halls and double height spaces.  A courtyard and large window frame the view to City Hall East and the skyline of the city.  This space imbues the interior with a soft ambient light.  Lightroom designed custom built in furniture and worked closely with the client on the landscape architecture of the project.
